We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (e.g. downloadable guides)
- Items marked as final sale
- Hygiene products that have been opened (e.g. adhesive bras, skincare tools)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@thegoldencrust.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
